A Bear-y End to Summer

What has been a very bear-centric summer is coming to a close, with the number of regular visitors to the Village undiminished, the death of a bear after entering a Village home, and the misidentification of a would-be grizzly as a few of the many summer encounters.

Lions Bay Bear Smart has recorded hundreds of reported sightings of various ursine individuals over the summer, and these continue daily.

Recently, The Watershed has been the recipient of a number of adorable photos and video clips of the mama bears and their cubs currently making their home in and around the Village.
