Tree Sales benefit Curly Stewart Scholarship

Christmas is coming, and the folks on the Curly Stewart Scholarship Committee would like to help you get organized.
The Curly Stewart Memorial Trust Fund was established to honour the life and public service of the first mayor of the Village of Lions Bay, Allan M. “Curly” Stewart. Stewart served from 1971 to 1981.
This year, committee members are selling Christmas trees in order to help raise funds for the scholarship.
"Your donations will help fund an annual scholarship for a Lions Bay senior secondary school student pursuing a post-secondary program," says committee member Kit McLean.
Types of trees available include:
Noble Fir Premium (7-8ft.): $150
Noble Fir Classic (7-8ft.): $100
Douglas Fir (7-8ft.): $100 (limited availability)
Trees can be ordered HERE. Deadline is tomorrow, November 12.
Questions? Contact Kit McLean at 778-233-0092.
