Pints For Paws Coming Soon
Raise a glass, dance to the DJ and help the West Van SPCA

The West Vancouver SPCA wants to show you a good time.
Dance to a live DJ, make funny faces in the photo booth and explore silent auction treasures at 'Pints for Paws' on September 26, all to benefit the animals at the SPCA. The $45 ticket includes a meal and a choice of beverage, as well as a silent auction and 50/50 draw.
This is the 12th annual Pints for Paws pub night fundraiser. Tickets are available HERE.
"Pints for Paws brings our community together for one important reason," says West Vancouver SPCA Manager Sarah Henderson. "We're trying to give the animals in our care a real shot at a better life."
The event will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club, 170 West 3rd Street, North Vancouver on Saturday, September 26 from 5 - 9 p.m.
"This is our biggest fundraiser of the year," says Henderson. "All the proceeds go directly to benefit animals on the North Shore, including covering the cost of medical challenges, vet care and behavioural assessments."

The BC SPCA is a not-for-profit organization that relies primarily on donations to help animals in need. Public support helps protect vulnerable animals and unite pets with loving homes. The SPCA provides a province-wide animal helpline, oversees animal protection investigations, and offers community services throughout B.C.
The West Vancouver location has been operating since the 1980's, and Henderson says the money raised by Pints for Paws will help with community outreach, including a pet food bank for those in need.
For those unable to attend the event, but still interested in supporting local animals, the West Van SPCA maintains a wish list on Amazon (HERE).
At the 1020 Pound Road location in West Vancouver, staff will also accept donations of gently-used toys, animal crates and unexpired food in its original packaging.
"People who are part of our community make a difference," says Henderson. "They help to change an animal's story."
Event Details: Saturday, September 26, 5 – 9 pm
